Louis E. Raffaghello is an associate of the firm practicing in the area of real estate and corporate/commercial law. He graduated from the University of Windsor Law School, Ontario in 1985 and has been in full-time practice ever since. In 2001 he obtained a Masters degree in real estate law from York University in Toronto. He has been an instructor for the Law Society of Upper Canada Bar Admissions Course in real property law. In addition, he also served for three years as an adjudicator at the License Suspension Appeals Tribunal of Ontario.

Currently, Mr. Raffaghello is handling files ranging fro the purchase and sale of residential and commercial property, commercial lending and leasing, business setup, restructuring and financing.
